Three days to decide: SF buyers or sellers?

Still no definitive answer after tonite's fluke win: while 1 through 8 hitters do zero at plate, pitcher Hennessey (7 IP, 0 ER, 3H) bails them out by hitting 3-run HR to break up Santos (pregame 4.05 ERA, 3-10) no-hitter in fifth; overall in '05, starting pitching bad and bullpen shaky, but offense has scored only 0, 1 or 2 runs in 30% of games; SF still 13 under .500, but only 6-1/2 behind SD.

3-0 win at MIL   |   44-57

That fifth inning last night was the MOST fun I've experienced all this year as a fan...well, except for Opening Day. Cruz's strike-out-and-end-up-at-second at bat was a great way to start a rally. But it was a fluke.
