This team is horrible

Eric Milton (7.40 ERA) holds SF to 6 hits; entering series with road record of 7-28, Reds come into SF and win two in a row (first 2-game road winning streak for CIN since 2004).

7-4 loss vs CIN   |   34-48

The bad part about being 3,000 miles away: Can't watch the Giants.

The good part about being 3,000 miles away: Can't watch the Giants.

With Kirk Reuter's career as a starting pitching nearing its apparent end, isn't it time we start calling him Deadwood?

(And say, SBC - didn't you used to be a pitcher's park? Huh.)

one only needs to follow the Giants from the sixth inning on, to watch them blow their lead in yet another fashion, be it a middle reliever giving up a homerun with inherited runners on, a bonehead non-quite an-error-just-a-brain-freeze throw or a man on third with no outs who cannot score due to less than major league level hitting. but i'm just a fan and i'll be at the park this friday night to watch the Cards embarass us...who knows? we can't beat the bad teams, maybe we can beat the good ones (i.e. D'backs), leaving us to wonder: "Why?"
